Privacy Policy

Account data (email address), the journal data you enter yourself (mind checks, trades, notes, results, emotions), and product usage events (for example: a mind check was completed, a report was generated). We do not collect brokerage credentials, payment card data, or market positions from third parties.

Your journal records are used to produce your own statistics, behavioural scores, reports and AI coaching. Analysis runs against your records only. We never sell your data and never share your journal with other users.

To generate coaching text, a summary of your own logged behaviour (aggregated counts, scores and short notes) is sent to our AI provider for processing. It is not used to train third-party models and is not shared with other users.

Data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level access rules, so each account can only read and write its own records. Access requires an authenticated session.

You can export your records at any time from the History screen, and you can request account and data deletion by contacting support. Deletion removes your journal, mind checks, AI profile and analytics events.
